All returns must be approved and given a Return Authorization.(RA / RMA) number prior to being returned.  To get an RMA number please contact our office via phone or by using the contact form on the webpage at the  link below. Choose the “returns” option.

If your order was received in damaged condition we will need a photo of the damaged item and the packaging it came in emailed to us. Once we have inspected the damage in the photos we will replace the item or issue a refund. 

If you wish to return an item you must notify us within (3 days)  of receiving the order. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags and certificates included. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our team and (usually within 1-4 days of receipt) your refund or return will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company or payment method it may take additional time after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Orders that were shipped with free shipping promotions and are returned will be credited back for the product price less regular shipping costs if the returned items value brings the order under the level set to qualify for the free shipping promotion. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning orders to our office  unless specifically stated otherwise during the Return Authorization process.
