Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DreamCatchersDirect.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Delivery times are estimates only unless a guaranteed overnight or express shipping option is chosen. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well as Internationally 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the email being received. 

The majority of orders ship the same day ordered or on the following day if the order was placed after 1pm Eastern time. Orders placed during busy holiday seasons may experience some delays.  The delivery times given for shipping selections are estimates only. If you need delivery by a specific date Priority Mail Express is the only option that is guaranteed. 

International Orders  Customs, Duties and Taxes

All customers who do not reside in the United States of America are responsible to know their countries customs regulations in regards to the importation of our products. Although we do our best to get your gifts to you as fast as possible we can not guarantee that your customs officials will not delay the delivery of your package while inspecting it.

All customers are  responsible for any taxes, duties,  and other fees associated with receipt of their order. Some countries do charge a VAT or other tax on items imported.

Mail Errors / Returned mail
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address entered for delivery is correct and that someone will be at the destination to accept the mail when it arrives or that your mail carrier will know how to handle your mail. If your package is returned to us due to a delivery failure you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you wish for us to attempt shipping the package again you will be responsible for the the new postage fees. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items that are returned in the mail that are not reshipped .

Returns
All returns must be approved  and given a  Return Authorization.(RA / RMA) number prior to being returned.  To get an RMA number please contact our office via phone or by using the contact form on the webpage. 

If you wish to return an item you must notify us within (3 days)  of receiving the order. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags and certificates included. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our team and (usually within 1-4 days of receipt) your refund or return will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, or payment method,  it may take additional time after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Orders that were shipped with free shipping promotions and are returned will be credited back for the product price less regular shipping costs if the returned items value brings the order under the level set to qualify for the free shipping promotion. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning orders to our office  unless specifically stated otherwise during the Return Authorization process.
